About Me

My name is Mable Marie Knudsen and I am a sophomore at the University of Colorado, Boulder majoring in Media Production. I'm also lucky enough to be a videographer for the Womens Basketball team here at CU and a member of Gamma Phi Beta. I was born in Seattle, WA, then I moved to Madison, WI, then Spokane, WA and then finally moved to Pasadena, CA when I was 10 years old, which is where I'd consider myself to be from. 

I grew up with no technology, aside from my parents iMac (and my hot pink digital camera)that they used for work and I got the privilege of using to watch Chopped when I was sick. I also grew up homeschooled untill the 3rd grade so my days were filled with learning and crafting thanks to my mother, a teacher who decided to stop working to just teach me and my sister. I spent my childhood doing every single arts and crafts project you could think of but because I wasn't allowed to use a tablet or phone, thats all I wanted to do. When my mom passed away in 2017, my dad became lenient about the technology ban and I got an iPad, phone and eventually computer. It was then that I discovered my love for all things digital, whether it was drawing on ProCreate, editing videos or messing around with fonts. I found a new outlet for my creativity and since then I haven't stopped creating.
